Case study – Why Németh Security switched to our ANIPOC system?

Németh Security & Protection Kft. has been providing security and guarding services in Kecskemét and it's surrounding area for three years. After three years, Ottó, the company's managing director, decided it was time to replace the short-range PMR446 transceivers with a more sophisticated system.

To our great delight, he chose the ANIPOC system, and we asked him to report on his experiences so far. Our colleague Róbert Ferenczi met with Németh Security employees at Domb Beach in Kecskemét and asked them about the use of the system, the patrol control system, and their plans for the future.

Németh Ottó, a Németh Security alapítója

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: Ottó, please tell us a few words about your company and what you do in the security sector.

Ottó Németh – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: I founded Németh Security & Protection Kft. in April 2022, and thankfully, we have enjoyed unbroken success ever since.

We provide event security, site security, remote monitoring, and, in fact, we can offer our clients a full range of personal and property protection services. That is why the ANIPOC system was important to us, so that we could work even more efficiently and easily. We also decided to start working with transceivers because of the number of employees we have.

Over the years, we have worked with several radio stations, striving to be as successful as possible and respond to situations as quickly as possible. That is why we opted for transceivers with virtually unlimited range. This allows us to provide events and sites at multiple locations with the help of a dispatch center. We can also shorten the response time for colleagues working on site by not having to call for help, other colleagues, or the authorities by phone.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: There have been many changes at your company over the past year. At the beginning of last year, you were still using simple PMR446 transceivers, but then your site tasks expanded, and you called me saying, "Robi, help us find some more efficient devices."

Ottó Németh – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: That's right! As I mentioned, it is extremely important for us to be able to perform our tasks efficiently, so it seemed reasonable to use a single program for site checks and radio communications. There was a case where we had to attend three events at the same time, several kilometers apart, and we couldn't bridge the gap with simple PMR446 transceivers.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: You mentioned recently that there was an incident where a patrol at one of the sites helped colleagues by raising the alarm.

Ottó Németh – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: Yes, we solved this by having a colleague (who we will refer to as the dispatcher) stay in the office and operate the ANIPOC dispatcher program using a laptop or tablet, so that he could remotely support the work of his colleagues working on site.

Meanwhile, the patrol colleagues performed their duties at the site and at urban and rural events. The dispatcher colleague was thus able to coordinate the given situations online and via radio. He sent an ambulance to one location, while the patrol officer handled the case, so he didn't have to deal with anything else because the dispatcher could see his location on the map and was able to give accurate location information to the ambulance dispatcher.

At another event I attended, the dispatcher was able to send police assistance within 3-4 minutes.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: You are currently working with Estalky E120 transceivers, plus you are using a few ANIPOC applications on smartphones at your sites with the patrol monitoring system, right?

Ottó Németh – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: We currently have one patrol monitoring system, and we are planning to replace the second patrol monitoring system currently in use at our other site with the ANIPOC system, because there is no reason to use two different companies' systems when we can perform all tasks 100% with ANIPOC. We would also like to purchase more applications for that location.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: What are your plans for the future? You currently have 10 radios, plus 4 applications with the patrol system. You mentioned that you are also interested in body cameras.

Ottó Németh – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: Yes, I would definitely like to have body cameras. I think we could make excellent use of them in remote monitoring when I send out patrols, whether to an address or in response to an alarm.

With body cameras, we could make recordings that serve as evidence, and we could also improve our own capabilities if we could evaluate the recordings afterwards. We would also like to purchase transceivers, because this year has shown that 10 devices will soon be insufficient, as we have several assignments at the same time. Also, if the number of sites to be guarded increases, we will have to expand our applications.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: You have two colleagues here who actively use the devices. Gábor and Máté. Gábor, what is your role in the company and what has been your experience with the radios?

Gábor – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: Actually, I mainly perform office tasks. I prepare the transceivers and charge them so that they are ready for work. Thankfully, they have worked great so far, and we are confident that they will continue to do so. Sometimes I also go out to events, where I teach people how to use the devices and provide technical support.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: Máté, you were responsible for integrating the patrol monitoring system at the sites. We conducted the first major test with you, eliminated minor and major errors, and then everything went smoothly, if I remember correctly.

Máté – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: Yes, that's right. The two of us set up the patrol monitoring system at the company. It's a very complex system. We insist on using it because we can access all kinds of data retrospectively and export it from the system. We can see the exact times in it, and it really helps us in our daily work.

Róbert Ferenczi – Anico Kft.: So, there are plans to develop the patrol monitoring system for other sites as well.

Máté – Németh Security & Protection Kft.: That's right. For now, this system is operating at one site, but it has proven so successful that we plan to introduce it at other sites.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the colleagues of Németh Security and their manager, Ottó, for the interview! If you would like to learn more about how Németh Security uses the ANIPOC system, check out our on-site video interview! And if you’d like to try the system yourself, you can sign up for a free demo program here: www.anico.hu/anico_demo
