Terms and Conditions of sale

Selection of the product
The customer has the option to choose and to order from the product range of the shop. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can read more detailed information on the product. In case the customer intends to buy the product, it can be placed in a virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "View cart" button, the products placed in the cart, the final amount of the invoice, and the shipping costs are displayed. The customer can check the accuracy of the order, in particular the prices and quantities, which can be modified and corrected as needed. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the final amount of the order.

Placing the order
If the customer considers the quantity of products in the shopping cart correct, checked the sum of the order, and decided to buy them, then he/she clicks on the "Pay" button. Then you may choose, if you want to login as a registered customer, want to create a new account, or want to buy without registration.
If you have already bought products in our webshop, please provide the e-mail address and password you registered earlier. If you want to register as a new customer, please provide the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and the next time you want to buy something, you can just login. In case you want to buy without registration, please provide your name and shipping address.
In the next step. please select the proper shipping method for you (picking up, or delivery by courier service), and the payment method.  If you accept the content of the order, please click on the "Order" button to place the order.

Our prices are the valid list prices at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the webshop. The shipping costs can be found during the ordering process, before finalizing the order, and also in the Terms of Delivery. In case there is an error in the webshop, concerning the products or the prices, we reserve the right to correct it. In this case after realization and correction of the error, the customer is immediately informed about the new data. The customer in this case has another chance to confirm the order, or to revoke the order because of the error or inadequacy of the webshop.

Processing of the orders
All orders are processed within 48 hours.

Correction of the entered data
You can correct the entered data before pushing the "Order" button..

We send a confirmation on every order by e-mail. This means the customer receives an automatic e-mail upon receipt of the order, and another one (later) on the expected delivery. For conciliation on the phone, please call our Customer Service, or any of the telephone numbers shown in the e-mail.

VAT Terms:

If you wish to buy as a company from European Union and you have valid EU VAT number, we are going to issue the invoice with 0% VAT. Please write your EU VAT number to the Note column when you make the order and we deduct VAT from the total cost.

If you buy as a private person or company without EU VAT number from the European Union, we apply the VAT rate of the country from which the order was received.

If you buy from outside of the European Union, the VAT is 0%, however you are responsible for customs process.


Payment Terms:

If you wish to pay by wire (bank) transfer we will send you the invoice in 1-2 working days after your order. You will find our bank data on the invoice then you can start the payment.

For PayPal you have to pay a +3,5% extra charge which is the fee of using PayPal. The total amount will be shown in the invoice which we send out from PayPal in 1-2 working days after you placed the order.

Buy Now Pay Later by PastPay, i.e. BNPL payment method: to make purchases and payments smoother for our business customers, we are introducing the PastPay BNPL payment method. This allows your company to continue placing your corporate purchases with us/in our webshop immediately, but only pay the invoice later, after 30 days. We provide this with the help of an external financial partner, Péntech Financial Solutions Zrt. ("Péntech"), through its factoring payment method called PastPay. In this case, if you select PastPay (factoring) as the payment method at checkout and Péntech undertakes to finance the given transaction, Péntech will factor the invoice issued by the Service Provider to you, therefore it will purchase the Service Provider's claim against you and pays the invoice value to the Service Provider instead of you. In such cases, the invoice issued by the Service Provider already contains the unique legal features of the scheme and the necessary information.

It is IMPORTANT that after factoring, your payment obligation remains with Péntech, which can only be paid to the account number of Péntech indicated on the invoice. You must fulfill your payment obligation no later than the due date of the invoice, otherwise a flat rate of 40 euros will be charged. By using PastPay, you consent to the forwarding of your contact details (name, email address, phone number) to Péntech. This is primarily necessary so that we can send you the information and notifications necessary for the grant and the payment process. You can find Péntech's Privacy Policy here. In the event that Péntech does not undertake to finance the given transaction, this payment method is not available - of course, you still have the option of making the purchase, please choose another payment method this time.

  • Is there an extra cost for using PastPay?

There is a minimum surcharge for 30-day BNPL payment, which consists of a factoring fee and an interest surcharge. Overall it is 3% extra charger for 30 days BNPL payment, calculated on the value of the basket. The exact amount can be checked in the shopping cart after selecting the PastPay payment method.

  • In which currency can I pay if I choose the PastPay BNPL payment method? 

Currently you can pay in all currencies available at Anico Kft. (HUF, EUR, RON) via PastPay.

Shipping Terms:

Customers from European Union:

Shipping costs 20 EUR + VAT in the European Union by curier. Delivery takes 3-5 working days to EU countries.  

Express shipping costs 45 EUR + VAT in the European Union by curier. Delivery takes 1-2 working days to EU countries.  

The products are customs cleared no need any more processes. Once you pay the price you cover everything including, duty, tax, shipping and handling except insurance. It is your own risk or you can ask us for insurance quotation.

If you wish to buy a product which is not on stock (back order) please ask about the delivery time! 

Customers from outside European Union:

Shipping varies by countries. If you need quotation please send us a message via "Contact Us" menu.

The buyer is responsible for customs process and any other licensing in his/her country, paying import duty, tax and other fees. VAT is 0% for orders outside European Union. 

Once you pay the price and shipping cost you only cover product price and shipping. Paying import duty and tax in your country is your own task. Insurance is your own risk or ask us via "Contact Us" menu for insurance quotation.

Please ask your customs authority about import details!


If you wish to buy a product which is not on stock (back order) please ask about the delivery time! 


Withdrawal of the delivery

If the webshop does not fulfil the contract, because the product defined in the contract is unavailable, or they are unable to provide the ordered service, the customer has to be informed. The webshop does not sign contracts with minors. By accepting the he commercial conditions, the customer declares majority.

Returning the product
We only accept the product for return if it is in its original state, packaging, and is complete by quantity and quality.

Right to withdraw/return guarantee
The malfunctioning product is replaced within 3 days from its purchase. The costs involved with the return of the product for withdrawal are to be borne by the customer. The customer has no other cost obligations. The seller, however, can claim their loss resulting from the misuse of the product. If the product, returned based on the right for withdrawal, is not in perfect, marketable condition, the customer is bound for compensation, if the damaging, breaking down, or making the return impossible any other way is a result of intentional or negligent action of the customer.
If the product is found to be damaged at the receiving in the presence of the delivery person, and the damage arose before the delivery of the product, the return and cancellation of the purchase is provided immediately. Any possible damage, or missing content has to be recorded in the factual record taken by the delivery person and the customer. We do not accept any subsequent claims for missing content!


The warranty is provided for the given time period by the manufacturer through the dealer. The warranty period starts at the sale to the end user. For the validation of the warranty, the sales invoice or warranty card shall be submitted. 

The cost of delivery to the service is borne by the owner/operator of the equipment, while sending it back is paid by the service.

The warranty is only valid for the repair of the failures resulting from its intended use. Using the ham radio equipment outside of the radio amateur bands, failure caused by poor quality coaxial cable or antenna, natural forces, lightning strike, or its side effects (static discharges, etc.), are considered misuse of the equipment.

The warranty is not valid:
- if the failure was caused by improper use
- if the malfunction is caused by failure of product maintenance
- if the product has been repaired improperly or by unauthorised persons
- if the instructions for use have not been observed, or inappropriate maintenance materials have been used
- if the serial number does not correspond to the number on the warranty card/invoice
- if the malfunction was caused by incorrect transport, storage, accidental damage, external mechanical and/or chemical action.

Warranty of LDG products:

In compliance with LDG Electronics' strict warranty policy, the customer of LDG products acknowledges that warranty and non-warranty repairs will be carried out exclusively by LDG's own service department. There is no LDG service in Europe at present, Anico Ltd. is the intermediary for the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty period is 2 years. Warranty of other products:

  • For the batteries the warranty is valid for a maximum of one year, which means the capacity of the battery does not drop below 60% within one year. 
  • For the RM Italy power amplifiers the warranty is two years, except the final transistors, provided the failure is a result of the listed reasons (overvoltage, direct or indirect effect of a lightning strike, poor ventilation, high drive power, poor antenna). In order to prevent disputes, we declare, that the final transistors normally do not fail for any other reason.
  • The warranty for Yaesu, Standard Horizon radios is 3 (three) years, while for Vertex Standard, Motorola Solutions pmr446 and Wouxun type radios the warranty is 1 (one) year.
  • For Motorola Solutions professional radios the warranty is 2 years.

Operation and warranty of radioamateur/ham equipment:

Please consider, that generally the operation of the ham radio transceivers does not include operation outside the amateur radio bands, thus the warranty covers only the failures resulting from the intended use. Using the ham radio equipment outside of the radio amateur bands, failure caused by poor quality coaxial cable or antenna, natural forces, lightning strike, or its side effects (static discharges, etc.), are considered misuse of the equipment. The operation of a transmitter requires a proper licensing. Using the equipment without a valid license is against the law. For licensing please contact the telecommunication authority of your country. 

The specifications of radio amateur equipment is only guaranteed within the amateur bands, and these specifications are understood with +/- 10% of tolerance. The specifications can deteriorate outside the amateur band, which is no ground for any complaints. Without a separate license, the use of the transmitter of the amateur radio equipment outside the amateur bands (transmitting out of band) is prohibited (the amateur radio license is not valid for that).  The user or operator of the equipment has full responsibility for its consequences.

The warranty period for Yaesu amateur radios is several years, therefore it may differ from the minimum warranty required by law. For some amateur radios, the supplier guarantees a 5 year warranty (for subsequent shipments this 5 year warranty will apply). The warranty period for each device is listed in the product data sheet available in the webshop; it appears on the sticker in the picture of the transceiver.

Operation and warranty of RM Italy amplifiers:

The equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for two years, except for end transistors, if the failure is due to causes attributable to: indirect or secondary effects of lightning, overheating, poor ventilation, exceeding specifications such as: overvoltage, high drive power, poor antenna SWR or antenna rupture. To avoid controversy, it is important to note that end transistors are not usually destroyed by other causes. By ordering you accept these warranty conditions, if not, we recommend not to order the device!

Important information:
We do not service non-warranty products. 
We do not service or extend the frequency of transceivers that were not purchased from us.
We send warranty Yaesu units to the UK for warranty repair.

Clause on ownership
Until the customer pays the full purchase price of the product, it remains the property of the supplier. In the case of false, not accepted orders, the product will be taken in stock under the name of the "new" owner, and after the successful selling of the product, the price will be paid to the owner.

Modification and cancellation of an order
Based on Law CVIII of 2001., the software of the selling webshop immediately informs the customer about the fact of accepting the order. This notification is not considered as a contract between the seller and the customer. This is only to inform the customer, that the intention to purchase was registered and forwarded to the competent staff member, by the system.

If this is not received by the customer within 48 hours, then the bidding obligations of the customer are cancelled.
The seller provides the customer with the right to withdraw the order electronically, until the fulfilment of the order commences. At the commencement of the fulfilment of the order the customer receives a notification by e-mail and/or telephone about the expected time of fulfilment, about the fact that the fulfilment has commenced, and afterwards withdrawal of the order is only possible personally, or using the contacts under the menu item "Contact".

The modification of the order is only accepted in writing by e-mail or telefax (telefax number, e-mail address, phone number).

Data protection statement, Anico Kft.

Anico Kft. (henceforward: controller) requires preliminary registration (signing up) for certain services provided on their websites (, In order to get access to these services, during the registration and signing up, you are asked to provide data, which are considered as personal data. The controller controls all obtained data according to the relevant Hungarian and EU legislation on the control of personal data. (Act CXII. of 2011, para 65-68.)

The controller shall in no way (except the obligatory reporting to the authority entitled by law) make the data available for third party, and shall apply all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the data, and this will be required in their contract from any possible data-processors involved. The controller provides access to the data to those staff members, whose activity to fulfil their task set out in a work contract or other legal relationship, is directly necessary to accomplish the goal of the data handling. The person authorized for controlling data is the Marketing Manager. Should the controller commit an infringement, the person concerned can claim a grievance fee from the operators of the webshop. 

Rights with regard to registration for the newsletter:

The aim of the registration forms at, at and at links: sending newsletters to the e-mail address of the registrants. The collection and management of data meet the provisions of the prevailing legislation. The data necessary for signing up: name, e-mail address. All registrants must accept the Data Protection Statement. All subscribers registering in the database, can unsubscribe for getting the newsletters, by clicking on a link in the newsletters.

Registration in webshop:

Shopping from the webshop does not require a registration in the webshop, the customer can decide to register or not. Should the customer decide to register, a confirmation of the registration is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided.  The personal data provided during the registration, are not used by the Controller for data management and data processing, and the data are not handed over to third parties. For the registration in the webshop database, the following data has to be provided by the registrant:- name, - e-mail address, - contact phone number, - country, city, postal code, street, number, - unique password.

The registration can be modified any time in the following way: after login, clicking on "Account" in the upper right corner, the portal displays the main profile data, which can be modified freely. Deregistration must be asked for at one of the contacts of our Customer Service. When the registration is deleted, an automatic confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided, and the registered data are deleted from the database.

Data management related to ordering from the webshop:

When ordering from the webshop, the customer is asked to provide the necessary data for invoicing and handing over the product. The data provided during the ordering, are not used by Anico Kft. for data management and data processing, and the data are not handed over to third parties. The customer is asked to provide the following data: - invoicing name and address, - shipping name and address, - contact person and contact data, - recipient of the invoice, - tax number.

Scope of the managed personal data:

The following data are recorded technically during the operation of the system: those data of the computer of the User, which are generated during the use of the service, and which are recorded by the system of the Controller as the automatic result of the processes. The automatically recorded data are logged automatically at the login and logout, without the special declaration or action of the User. These data must not be linked with other personal data of the User, except the cases where it is required by law. The data can exclusively be accessed by the Controller.


Anico Kft. can collect data about your browsing habits. This is done by using cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by your browser on your hard disc. When you return to our website, our server will recognize the cookies immediately, which provide information about your last visit.  Most of the browsers accept the use of cookies automatically. As per the main rule, the cookies are stored for 30 days, but you can delete them any time you like, or you can set up your browser so that any activities related to cookies are set up or prevented. However if you choose not to allow cookies, we can't guarantee that your experience with the Website will be as good as if you do allow cookies. Most of the features of our website can be used without allowing cookies. Anico Kft. can also do monitoring, for assessing the popularity of the links on our website, to improve the navigation on our website; but the data collected for these reasons are never linked or used with personal data.

The cookies are used as specified by the Act C. of 2003., the Act CVIII. of 2001. on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services, and the regulations of the European Union. By studying these, we can adjust our website better to your needs, and provide a more diversified user experience, since among other things, the cookies will:

• analyse the use of the website in order to serve as the basis for the development of the site to operate to the maximum possible extent to your needs, that you find the needed information easily, and

About cookies
