Standard Horizon HX-400 marine handheld radio. The HX400 is a JIS-8 / IPX8 (1.5 m (about 5Ft) for 30 minutes) Submersible 5-Watt portable two way marine transceiver with the capability to be programmed with 40 LMR (Land Mobile Radio) channels with CTCSS or DCS signalling by a dealer. The transceiver has all allocated USA, Canadian, or International channels. It has emergency channel 16 which can be immediately selected from any channel by pressing the 16/9 key. The HX400 includes the following features: 10 programmable Preset Channels, Memory, Priority, Dual Watch and TRI-Watch scanning, Battery Saver, easy-to-read large LCD display, EEPROM memory back-up, Battery Life displayed on the LCD, and a transmit Time-Out Timer (TOT), Noise Canceling Microphone and Voice Scrambler. The HX400 transmitter provides a full 5 Watt of transmit power and also is selectable to 1 Watt to assist the user in ensuring maximum battery life.

Introducing the all new Quantum Standard Horizon GX-6000E Commerical Grade Fixed Mount VHF with NMEA2000 and Integrated AIS receiver. The GX6000 integrates a dual channel AIS (Automatic Identification System) receiver to display class A and B AIS vessel information (MMSI, Call Sign, Ship Name, BRG, DST, SOG and COG) directly on the LCD display. The GX6000 has a separate AIS antenna connection to ensure that your will be able to receive AIS signals while transmitting VHF communications. The GX6000 is also capable of entering and saving up to 250 waypoints, which may be selected and navigated to by using a unique navigation compass display. The GX6000 allows you to contact an AIS ship directly using DSC, show your vessels position in relation to AIS targets and alert you when an AIS ship may be approaching too close to your location via the Closest Point of Approach (CPA) Alarm or Time to Closest Point of Approach (TCPA) Alarm.
